For founders of growing businesses
Growth should not make your business harder to run.
If leads go unanswered, quotes get delayed and work falls between teams, you are losing money you cannot see. In one working day, we find exactly where, and give you a 90-day plan to fix it.
Free for the first 10 businesses. Closes 15 November 2026.

The problem
If you have seen any of this in the last month, this page is for you.
A customer messages the business on Friday, nobody replies until Monday, and they go elsewhere.
Your best salesperson spends half a day on a quote that should have gone out yesterday.
A deal is won, but the details never reach the team that has to deliver it.
You ask how many deals are open, and it takes four or five people to piece together the real number.
Each one looks small, but together they cost you time, revenue and your best people's focus.
If you said yes to even one of these, the Business Immersion was built for you.
Your business has outgrown the way work moves through it, and hiring more people or buying another tool will not fix a process that is broken. The first step is to find out exactly where it breaks, and that is what one working day does.
Watch before you apply
See exactly what happens during the day.
A short video on what happens during the Business Immersion, who it suits, and what you leave with.

Proof
We find the real problem first, then build the fix.
Two examples of how that works in practice.
Meridian Works
Kora
- The problem
- A growing firm had the answers in its documents and no quick way to find them.
- What we found
- An access problem, not a documentation problem.
- What we built
- Kora, an assistant that answers staff questions from the firm's own documents, with a source for every answer.
- The result
- Answers in under two seconds, and a live list of missing documents, including three the firm has since written.
Nexus Labs
Quill
- The problem
- Every proposal took two to three hours on a good day, and the output was inconsistent.
- What we found
- The call already held everything the proposal needed, and the hours went into rewriting it afterwards.
- What we built
- An automated workflow in which a notetaking assistant joins the discovery call and a proposal draft is ready for review when the call ends.
- The result
- A full draft generated automatically, which a person reviews and edits before it goes out.
Both examples are shown on representative data, to protect client confidentiality.
Each of these started with one known problem. The Business Immersion applies the same approach across your whole path, so you find which problem is worth fixing first.

Do it yourself
Take your roadmap and let your team carry out the work.
03
Wait
Keep your findings and act when you are ready.
The roadmap is yours to keep, whichever you choose. If you want to build it with us, we share how the work is structured once your application is accepted.

Is this for your business?
This is for you if any of these sound like your business:
- You have roughly 15 to 150 employees and a growth target for the next twelve months.
- A process lives in one person's head, and when they are away, something stops or goes wrong.
- Enquiries, bookings or requests arrive through WhatsApp, email and calls, and nobody can say for sure what happened to each one.
- Work passes through several people before a customer is served or paid, and details get lost on the way.
- Your best people spend their days on admin, chasing updates and re-entering the same information.
- You are thinking about hiring more people or buying software, and you want to be sure that is the right fix first.
Not for you if:
- You are still testing your first business idea and have no regular way of working to look at yet.
- You want a diagnosis but have no plan to act on it.
- You want a tool recommendation without a look at how your work actually runs.
You do not need to know which technology you need, because that is part of what we help you work out.
